If you received a product that is misprinted, damaged or defective, we will issue you a new product. Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Size - We can not issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased in the wrong size. We use a print on demand facility with a drop shipper, and these items are custom printed and sent to you when purchased.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Return Address - Please do NOT send returns to our restaurant locations. If you need to make a return, please note the return address on the shipping label. If you do choose to make a return based on an error on our part, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what the problem was with the product, and we'll work to get you a replacement as fast as possible.
